Team transportation is different from standard charters.
Schedules shift, venues change, and teams need flexibility once they arrive.
Our approach is built around those realities, with clear expectations and coordinated service throughout the weekend

Local service

Team weekends don’t stop when the game ends. Parents head out for a drink. Coaches break off for a meeting. The team decides to grab food, catch a movie, or change plans entirely. That’s part of travelling together, and we plan for it.

Our Local Service is built so the whole group can move naturally over the weekend. That means fewer “can we?” moments and more “where to next?” moments. If we can safely get the bus there and it fits the flow of the trip, we’ll take you where the team wants to go.

The result is simple: less friction, more flexibility, and a driver who supports like they’ve always been the team’s driver.

Parents & Supporters

Team travel doesn’t just involve players and coaches. Parents, family members, and supporters are often part of the weekend too, and they’re welcome to travel with the team when space allows.

Having everyone together keeps schedules aligned and weekends simpler. It means fewer vehicles, fewer meeting points, and less stress for organizers trying to keep track of the group.

All passengers travel together under the same expectations, with the same driver and vehicle, so the focus stays on enjoying the trip and supporting the team.

Community rate adjustment

We work with a wide range of teams across Western Canada, from school programs to community and club teams. We understand that not every team has the same level of financial backing and that transportation costs can sometimes be a real barrier.

For teams that are primarily community-based, school-supported, or volunteer-run, we may be able to apply a Community Rate Adjustment as part of the quoting process. This allows us to consider the broader context of a team and the trip, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

If funding or fundraising is a challenge for your team, simply indicate this when requesting a quote. It helps us understand your situation and start the right conversation.
